- I got interested in photography when I was a in high school. I helped capture the momories of the freshman class 1980 for the yearbook and was hooked. I shot with a film camera for about 22 years and digital for the past couple of years. There has been a learning curve to digital photography but even in those frustrating moments I'm still having fun. I enjoy being out looking for the prefect shot. Well, in my eyes anyway.

I grew up near this Lake. My dad told the story of it over and over as we grew up. This is a beautiful picture of it. Were you on the island or at someone's home? Incredible sunset. Makes me want to be there.
Thanks! Yes, I was on the Island for a wedding. What a place, we had a very nice time and right before the newlyweds left there was a big fireworks display. It was a beautiful evening.
